This year, though, even more fans will have an opportunity to witness the intense action that has made the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series extravaganza a three-time winner of DirtonDirt.com’s Race of the Year.
When the 29th annual running of the PDC takes place July 27-28 at the high-banked, quarter-mile oval located in the middle of the idealic Midwest town of Fairbury, DIRTVision.com and DirtonDirt.com will provide live pay-per-view video coverage of every lap of competition for the first time ever. In addition, the weekend will be recorded for later broadcast on the CBS Sports Network, exposing the race to a wider television audience.

Marlar set fast time, claimed his heat win and dominated the 24-car field during the 50-lap Sears Craftsman Feature en route to his third Series win of 2018.
With this win, Marlar sits only two points shy (or one position in the feature) from overthrowing Chris Madden for the lead of the World of Outlaws Championship point standings.

iRACING — July 2, 2108 — The fourth round of the World Of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Championship Series paid a visit to the Sprint Car Capitol of the World. While being renowned for sprint car racing, the Late Model drivers were really excited about this upcoming race with several saying it could be one of the most exciting races of the season; and it didn’t disappoint.
The night began standard enough with names like Drew Herchko, Alex Bergeron, Howard Weaver, and Austen Semmelmann topping the qualifying charts. The heats were entertaining as the track slowly started to wear in.
World of Outlaws Spend Majority of July in the Midwest
CONCORD, NC– July 2, 2018– The World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series treks out to the Midwest for six separate $10,000-to-win events in July. This is the first time in 2018 that the Outlaws will be west of the Mississippi River.
Sheppard Denies Moran at I-55
PEVELY, MO – July 1, 2018 – Brandon Sheppard denied Devin Moran of a weekend sweep on Saturday evening at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 as he claimed his sixth World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series win of the 2018 season.
Moran settled for second but it wasn’t for lack of effort. The young gun of Dresden, OH left it all on the line on the final lap of the Sears Craftsman Feature as he pulled a massive slider in front of Sheppard as the pair exited turn four and headed toward the checkered flag.
