While he is no stranger to Victory Lane at Lernerville Speedway in Pennsylvania with the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, having won 16 career A-Feature as he entered the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup on Tuesday night, it had been 14 years since Steve Kinser was victorious in the prestigious event, which honors the late track owner and promoter. That all changed on Tuesday night, as he led the 40-lap race from wire-to-wire to claim an event record $40,000 top prize.
