CONCORD, N.C. — June 13, 2017 — In Joliet, IL, within the footprint of a state-of-the-art NASCAR facility, sits a premier dirt racing facility, the Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway. The 3/8-mile dirt oval will shine bright when the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Sprint Car Series and Late Model Series converge in Illinois for a two-night event on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 27 and 28 for the FVP Outlaw Clay Classic.
CONCORD, N.C.- June 7, 2017- The best Late Model drivers in the world are congregating in Rossburg, OH this week in hopes of winning one of the most prestigious races in dirt Late Model racing— the Dirt Late Model Dream at Eldora Speedway. The purse for this event is 10 times larger than most Late Model events, with a $100,000 payday for the winner, atop bragging rights for winning the crown jewel. Seven World of Outlaw Craftsman® Late Model Series drivers will bring their A-game in hopes of claiming the big check or at least a piece of the purse.
CONCORD, N.C. — June 7, 2017 — The Firecracker 100 traditionally draws one of the largest Late Model fields of the season. In addition to the 12 full-time World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series racers, Late Model drivers from across the country will converge June 22-24 on Lernerville Speedway. The three-day event in Sarver, PA, culminates with one of the biggest paydays for Dirt Late Model racing. Thursday’s and Friday’s races set up a $30,000 payday for the Saturday finale at the Pennsylvania oval northeast of Pittsburgh.

Despite this race being many of the drivers first time on the unique gray gumbo surface, everyone seemed to enjoy how racy the track was all night long. It was ultimately Brandon Sheppard who was able to hold off the field to land his fifth Series win of the season.
