KNOXVILLE, IA – June 29, 2018 – Even in June, Donny Schatz reigns supreme at Knoxville Raceway, as the 10-time Knoxville Nationals Champion led all 25 on the opening night of the Brownells Big Guns Bash to score his 12th World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series victory of the year. Ian Madsen and David Gravel completed the all World of Outlaws podium.

Donny Schatz Wins His 10th Knoxville Nationals

Knoxville, Iowa – August 12, 2017 – Donny Schatz inherited the lead on lap 22, after race-long leader David Gravel slowed with motor problems, and held off NASCAR star Kyle Larson to win his 10th 5-Hour ENERGY Knoxville Nationals Presented by Casey’s General Store. Schatz, who turned 40-years old this week, trails only Steve Kinser (12) in Knoxville Nationals Championships. Larson settled for second with Australian Kerry Madsen rounding out the podium. World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series drivers Shane Stewart and Brad Sweet completed the top five.

Sweet Beats the Rubber to Take Night One at Knoxville

KNOXVILLE, IA — June 9, 2017 — Kasey Kahne Racing driver Brad Sweet scored his second consecutive win (after last week’s Jackson Nationals win), second Knoxville Raceway career win, and fourth win of the season during Night One of the Brownells Big Guns Bash at Knoxville Raceway, leading all 25 laps of the Feature from green to checkers after starting on the pole.

The battle between the Outlaws and Team Knoxville began with one of each in the front row — Sweet and Brian Brown. But the unexpected challenger appeared in the form of rubber about 15 laps into the race.
