CURTAIN CALL: World Finals Ends Season for CJB Motorsports

TELFORD, PA. – November 12, 2014 – After ninety plus races, thousands of miles and ten months, the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series came to a close with the Bad Boy Buggies World of Outlaws World Finals at the Dirt Track at Charlotte. For Paul McMahan and CJB Motorsports, it was one final chance to add to their win tally.

“We really went to Charlotte with the mentality that we were going to grab a win or two,” said Paul McMahan, driver of the Bairs Tree Service/Nyce Crete & Landis Block & Concrete/All Star Performance sponsored machine. “That was our goal and we felt like we had an excellent shot at it based on our track record there. A few freak things happened and we didn’t quite get the job done.”

Donny Schatz To Close Remarkable 2014 Campaign in Charlotte

INDIANAPOLIS (Nov. 5, 2014) – For the sixth time in the last eight years, Tony Stewart Racing (TSR) driver Donny Schatz is headed to the Bad Boy Buggies World Finals looking to win a World of Outlaws (WoO) STP Sprint Car Series championship. In four of those previous five, Schatz has left with the hardware and championship check. By signing in Thursday to compete this weekend, the driver of the TSR No. 15 STP/Armor All/Crimsafe J&J will become a six-time WoO champion.

Kraig Kinser Wraps up the Season at the World Finals in Charlotte

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — November 5, 2014 — In its first seven editions, the Bad Boy Buggies World of Outlaws World Finals has grown into the “Must See” dirt track event of the year. Featuring the top-three dirt track series in the country, the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series shares the bill with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the big-block modifieds of the Super DIRTcar Series. Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Donny Schatz and his STP backed team are one weekend away from receiving the 2014 World of Outlaws (WoO) STP Sprint Car Series championship hardware. Schatz continued his remarkable season Saturday at Port Royal (Pa.) Speedway by finishing second in the TSR No. 15 STP/Armor All/Crimsafe J&J. The finish was his 35th consecutive top-10 finish and pushed him closer to his sixth WoO title.

Return to Pennsylvania Next-to-Last Stop for Tony Stewart Racing Teammates

INDIANAPOLIS (Oct. 24, 2014) – For the third consecutive week, Tony Stewart Racing (TSR) driver Donny Schatz returns to a track as the most recent winner at the facility. This week’s stop is Port Royal (Pennsylvania) Speedway and Schatz, who will drive the TSR No. 15 STP/Armor All/Crimsafe J&J, won the World of Outlaws (WoO) STP Sprint Car Series most recent visit to the half-mile, dirt oval in the fall of 2004. Each of the last two weekends, Schatz continued winning streaks at Rolling Wheels Raceway in Elbridge, New York and Fremont (Ohio) Speedway to give him a career-best 26 WoO A-Feature triumphs in 2014.

A Decade Later: Kraig Kinser Returns to Port Royal Speedway

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — October 23, 2014 — Quite a bit had changed since the last time that Kraig Kinser and his fellow World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series competitors raced at Port Royal Speedway in Pennsylvania. The wings and tires on the 900-plus horsepower machines have changed quite a bit over the last decade. At Port Royal itself, a number of upgrades to the facility and track surface have also been made since the last time the Outlaws rolled into town. The series will return to the sprawling half-mile located at the Juniata County Fairgrounds this weekend for a full night of racing.

BUCKEYE CHARGE: McMahan Marches Forward at Fremont Speedway

TELFORD, PA. – October 22, 2014 – For one final time in 2014, the ‘Greatest Show on Dirt’ took on one of Ohio’s finest speedplants.

“Fremont is a very racy track,” said Paul McMahan, driver of the Bairs Tree Service/Nyce Crete & Landis Block & Concrete/All Star Performance sponsored machine. “You can move around a lot on the racing surface and make up ground if your car is working well. I’d also say that Ohio ranks right up there when it comes to the local competition. There are several great cars in that area.”
