World of Outlaws and Kinsers Tackle Kokomo Speedway on Wednesday

Inside Line Promotions – KOKOMO, Ind. – Kokomo Speedway consistently delivers side-by-side racing, which will be showcased this Wednesday during the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series lone visit this season.

A total of 13 different drivers have claimed at least one victory during the previous 22 races for the premier sprint car series at the bullring, led by Indiana native Steve Kinser.

Schatz Scores Fifth Victory of 2014, Takes Outlaw Point Lead

Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Donny Schatz turned up the heat on the rest of World of Outlaws (WoO) STP Sprint Car Series competition this past week by winning two of the last three races and charging from deep in the field to continue his streak of top-10 finishes to 18 straight. Schatz raced the TSR No. 15 STP/Armor All/Crimsafe J&J from 23rd to fifth in Friday’s Kistler Engine Classic at Attica (Ohio) Raceway Park and scored his fifth win of the season Saturday by leading the final 15 laps of the 35-lap NAPA Auto Parts Rumble at I-96 Speedway in Lake Odessa, Michigan.

Shark Racing’s Schuchart Finishes Tenth at I-96

LAKE ODESSA, Mich., June 1 — Shark Racing’s Logan Schuchart posted another top-10 finish in the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series when he finished tenth in the 35-lap NAPA Rumble at I-96 Speedway Saturday night before a large crowd.

Schuchart, of Hanover, Pa., started tenth in the 23-car field but dropped to 15th at the start and had to work his way back up through the field on the recently reconfigured three-eighths-mile oval.

Swindell Guides Big Game Motorsports to Podium Finish at Lawrenceburg

Inside Line Promotions – LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. (May 27, 2014) – Following a few frustrating outings, Big Game Motorsports driver Sammy Swindell capitalized on a rare trip home over the weekend.

“After Charlotte I got to go home and spend some time with a car there,” he said. “I was able to do some things different, some things I haven’t before. When you’ve done things for a long time and it’s been good, you might overlook some things. And once you see it it’s like, ‘Why didn’t I do this a long time ago?’ I’m hoping that we’re going to be back on a track a little bit.”
