Tony Stewart Racing PR – May 20, 2014 – Tony Stewart Racing (TSR) teammates Steve Kinser and Donny Schatz embarked on the World of Outlaws (WoO) STP Sprint Car Series’ first run of the season through Pennsylvania and New York with four races in five nights. Schatz led the way with four top-six finishes, including a pair of third-place runs, while Kinser fought his way through a couple of tough nights by closing the week with a fourth-place finish Sunday.

Allen Earns KSE Hard Charger Award at Pevely

PEVELY, Mo., April 27 — Shark Racing’s Jacob Allen earned the KSE Hard Charger Award and got a big dose of confidence after he came from the 22nd starting position to finish tenth in the 40-lap World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series feature Saturday night at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55.

Allen, of Hanover, Pa., was as high as fourth at one point in the wild race, the headline event in the Spring Classic Presented by GM Sapaugh Country.

HANOVER, Pa., April 16 — A great deal has changed and a great deal hasn’t changed since 1978 when the first World of Outlaws sprint car show ever was staged at Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Texas. Bobby Allen of Hanover, Pa., finished third in the series’ points that inaugural year, and he’ll be on hand at Devil’s Bowl for a two-night show this Friday and Saturday to field two Shark Racing sprint cars for Logan Schuchart (#1s) and Jacob Allen (#1a).

Big Game Motorsports Driver Sammy Swindell Searching for a Tenth

Inside Line Promotions – CALISTOGA, Calif. (April 7, 2014) – Big Game Motorsports driver Sammy Swindell is continuing to show improvement with the Big Game Treestands team.

“We’ve been making gains since the second night at Tulare,” he said. “It’s about just putting it all together. It’s tough to find that tenth of a second that you need. The cars are so close. Our whole package – motors, cars, everything – needs to get just a little bit better. We’re not looking for a half a second now. We’re looking for a tenth of a second.”
