“JB” Memorial Yields Top Five for Dollansky

 

Craig Dollansky and the World of Outlaws wrapped up a weekend of racing in ‘The Badger State’ on Saturday as they took on Beaver Dam Raceway where ‘The Crowd Pleaser’ has an excellent track record of finishing fourth or better in 10 of the past 13 visits.  The event also marked the 3rd Annual ‘JB’ Memorial which honored Jim Boyd, a great friend and supporter of the Big Game Treestands #7 team.

Four Score: Kraig Kinser Wins at Beaver Dam to Earn Fourth Victory of 2012

Bloomington, Ind. — July 8, 2012 — Entering the event at Beaver Dam Raceway in Wisconsin, the furthest back any driver had come from to win with the World of Outlaws in 2012 had been the 10th starting spot, and that was Kraig Kinser at River Cities Speedway on June 15. He bettered that by one spot on Saturday night, as he came from the 11th position to win the Third Annual Jim Boyd Memorial to earn his fourth victory of the season, which ties him for second-most in the series.

Huset’s has Horrific Ending for Dollansky

Midweek racing just outside Sioux Falls, South Dakota took center stage on Tuesday for Craig Dollansky and the Big Game Treestands #7 team as they laid eyes on Huset’s Speedway to open up the month of July.  Making his fifteenth World of Outlaws appearance at the high-banked facility, ‘The Crowd Pleaser’ had recorded 9 top-tens with 6 in the top-five and swept the pair of shows in 2008.

Tony Stewart Racing Teammates Lead Outlaws to the Short Tracks

INDIANAPOLIS (July 3, 2012) – On the eve of our nation’s birthday, the World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Car Series is poised to kick off a busy month of July that includes 15 races. The slate will either see the championship fight become tighter or add separation within the top-five competitors. Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Steve Kinser and Donny Schatz continue to headline the tour as they battle for the top spot each night of racing. Kinser is chasing his 21st WoO title while Schatz is aiming for championship number five. The 2012 season has been a war from the start and the fight continues this week with three short-track races in South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Kraig Kinser Opens a Busy July with a Tripleheader in the Upper Midwest

Bloomington, Ind. — July 2, 2012 — Races and more races. That’s the game plan for the month of July on the World of Outlaws circuit, as 15 main events await over a 28-day period, and for Kraig Kinser the busy stretch could not come at a better time and he and his team are hitting their stride. The busy month will open with a three-race swing through the Upper Midwest this weekend, as the series makes their lone stop of the season in both South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Kerry Madsen – Victory at Belleville!

(Bill W) July 2, 2012 – Kerry Madsen and the Keneric Racing #29 team were looking forward to taming the Belleville (KS) High Banks and they did just that last Friday night, capturing their second win of the year with the World of Outlaws.  The St. Mary’s, New South Wales native also registered a fifth place finish Saturday at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas with the WoO.  The series hits Huset’s Speedway in South Dakota on Tuesday, before heading to Wisconsin’s Cedar Lake Speedway on Friday, and Beaver Dam Raceway on Saturday.

Kinser Scores Another Outlaw Podium Finish

Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Steve Kinser and Donny Schatz completed an action-packed month of the June with the World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Car Series with a pair of races at Kansas dirt tracks. Kinser led the TSR tandem by finishing third Friday in the Outlaws’ return to the Belleville (Kan.) High Banks while Schatz pushed his top-10 streak to 10 Saturday at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kan.

Consistency Continues for Kraig Kinser in Kansas: Finishes Second and Seventh

Bloomington, Ind. — July 1, 2012 — Not much has been able to slow down Kraig Kinser over the last month on the World of Outlaws circuit. Mother Nature tried her best this past weekend, in the form of triple digit temperatures and a fast-approaching storm on Saturday night, but Kinser and his team stayed focused and turned in two more strong runs, highlighted by a runner-up performance at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas on Saturday night, which saw the third-generation driver lead the opening six laps. He began the weekend with a seventh-place showing at the Belleville High Banks on Friday night.
