Tony Stewart Racing Teammates Put Up Podium Performances in North Dakota

It was a good weekend to be home for Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Donny Schatz. The four-time WoO champion returned to his home state of North Dakota for a pair of World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Car Series events, and the driver of the TSR No. 15 STP/Armor All/Chevrolet J&J finished fourth Friday at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks and third Saturday at Red River Valley Speedway in Fargo.

Kraig Kinser Wraps up the Duel in the Dakotas with a Top-Five

Bloomington, Ind. — June 17, 2012 — In a sprint car race every lap is important, but the second half of an A-Feature event is crucial, and having a car that gets better as the race wears is a goal that every team shoots for. Kraig Kinser was able to make a late-race charge both nights this past weekend during the Duel in the Dakotas, winning the opener at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, on Friday night, and finishing fifth in the finale at Red River Valley Speedway in West Fargo, on Saturday to earn his 10th Top-10 Five finish of the season.

Tony Stewart Racing Tandem Set To Resume Title Battle in North Dakota

INDIANAPOLIS (June 14, 2012) – The last time Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Steve Kinser and Donny Schatz competed on North Dakota soil, the result was a photo finish that left fans cheering in appreciation. That battle royal was last August at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, when Kinser and Schatz highlighted the thrilling World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Car Series event by exchanging the lead nine times in the final 10 laps. This weekend, Kinser and Schatz return to the Roughrider State looking to resume their battle both on the track for wins and in the WoO championship standings.

Dakota Fluid Power Appearance in Fargo for Dollansky

It’s not to often that the Big Game Treestands #7 team travels north.  With the World of Outlaws schedule now shifted back to the Upper Midwest, this week is an exception as the team heads north for two events.  Prior to Friday’s race Craig Dollansky Racing will be making a visit to one of their main supporters, Dakota Fluid Power, as they look forward to spending time with fans and employees.

Win at Knoxville Comes at Right Time for Madsen

(Bill W) June 13, 2012 – It was a long climb, but Kerry Madsen and the Keneric Racing #29 team made it worth the wait Saturday night, as they captured the World of Outlaws main event at the historic Knoxville Raceway in Iowa.  The event served as the final warm-up for August’s 52nd Knoxville Nationals.  Friday, the St. Mary’s, New South Wales native finished a stout fifth with the WoO at the Clay County Fair Speedway in Spencer, Iowa.  This weekend, the WoO heads to River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and the Red River Valley Speedway in Fargo.

Kraig Kinser Hits the Track at River Cities Speedway & Red River Valley Speedway

Last week, the duo competed three times with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series (WoO) at three different tracks and each time had their best result at the end of the night. A fourth-place finish for Schatz behind the wheel of the TSR No. 15 STP/Armor All/Chevrolet J&J Saturday at Knoxville (Iowa) Raceway highlighted the week for the two-car TSR team. Kinser raced the TSR No. 11 Bass Pro Shops/J.D. Byrider/Chevrolet Maxim past nine competitors Tuesday at Kokomo (Ind.) Speedway and 14 Friday at Clay County Fair Speedway in Spencer, Iowa.
